Poolside Frequencies

Poolside Frequencies 1

Spent part of the afternoon sitting by the pool reading Villa Incognito by Tom Robbins. I've really become a big fan of his writing lately. There's something about the way he blends humor, philosophy, and human weirdness that makes you look at life a little differently afterward.

Between the heat, a CBD piña colada, a little Moroccan hash, and nowhere I needed to be, the book settled in deeper than I expected. It also has me thinking seriously about Vietnam. Not in the rushed vacation-planning kind of way, but in that quiet sense where a place keeps showing up in your thoughts until you realize maybe you're supposed to go.
